FOUNDER.
At The Goddess Lounge, our founder, Heidy Adriana, envisioned a sanctuary where women could escape the noise of daily life and reconnect with their inner strength, wisdom, and divine essence.
Drawing from her own journey of self-discovery and spiritual awakening, Heidy envisioned a space where women could come together to support and uplift each other on their paths to wholeness.
Heidy, a certified diver and kundalini facilitator brings her expertise to facilitate kundalini activation, manifestation and self-love workshops, and goddess embodiment through movement. Through these transformative sessions, women are guided on a journey of inner empowerment and growth.Additionally, we offer daily swims with dolphins, often referred to as the 'angels of the sea.' Dolphins are revered for their intelligence, playfulness, and healing energy. Their presence in our retreat is a reminder of the interconnectedness of all beings and the importance of living in harmony with nature.
Swimming with dolphins is not only a unique and beautiful experience but also deeply therapeutic for the mind, body, and soul. Their joyful presence and gentle nature have been known to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and inspire feelings of love and compassion. In the tranquil waters of Egypt, alongside these magnificent creatures, women have the opportunity to connect with the divine within themselves and experience profound spiritual healing.
